Section A – INTRODUCTION

We are a family oriented motoring club registered with Registrar of Society, Malaysia (ROS) Ref No: 2018-09-WKL
Attending one of our TT (a get together activities) is a must in becoming an Official/Verified Member (Members).
Most personal information required here is to fulfill ROS’s requirements. Any of your personal information you give us will remain completely confidential. We will not give your name or any personal information to anyone unless we are required to by law. We will never sell any of your personal information to anyone.
Upon acceptance as a Members, you will be given an forum id + password to access our forum as “New Member” with a limited access to our Forum’s topics.
If you decided to become our “Official/Verified Member” and to be given a full access to our forum, the following criteria need to be adhered;

Attend any of our activities/TTs (Teh Tarik/Get together session). Upcoming TTs/Activities will be announced/updated in our Official Facebook Page www.facebook.com/MyEstima
Pay Members Registration fee of RM20.00 and an annual fee of RM50.00. To be credited to Club’s bank accounts. (MAYBANK Acc. No. 5630 2880 8196 “Kelab Pemilik Estima”)
To provide a copy of MyKad (both sides) for Malaysian or Passport for other Nationalities.

Section B – RULES & REGULATIONS (In Summary)

Members are advised not to behave negatively or involve in unlawful activities which will brings negative impact to the society and the name of The Club (MyEstima and its Committee Members). The Club will not be held responsible if member/s are caught by the relevant authorities as a result of these unaccepted behaviors.
The Club look seriously on the following matters. Once commit, offender’s membership will be automatically revoked and The Club have solely rights to take the necessary legal actions, if required;

Using other member’s personal info for business or other related activities without The Club’s/Member’s prior consent.
Selling of souvenirs, accessories, products, merchandize, business activities, and all other related that carries or using Club’s name without The Club’s prior consents.

The Club will not be held responsible for any sales and purchases between members and if there is any fraud/misunderstanding occurs, members should resolve amongst themself.
For members who decided to leave The Club, their membership and all privileges (if there any) will be automatically revoked. Any fees paid will not be refunded.
The main purpose of the above are purely for a common good in order to prevent unwanted situation occurs.
